Podcast Remote for iTunes does everything by talking with iTunes. This ensures absolutely accurate podcast files list.
When Podcast Remote starts it checks for iTunes being installed on your machine. If you do not have iTunes installed you are told so and directed if desired to the Apple iTunes download page on the Web.
If iTunes is installed already, iTunes is started and put in the background and Podcast Remote talks with iTunes and requests and processes the iTunes Music Library podcasts. When done processing the library, the main application window is displayed.

Expand/Collapse - Expand/collapse view. Collapsed view shows only the thumbnail image and podcast list areas. Double-clicking the image area toggles the view.

Refresh - refresh the podcast list.

Details - displays podcast details. The details can be printed or copied to the clipboard

|
Previous podcast - selects but does not play the previous podcast if a podcast is already selected.

|
Play podcast - plays the selected podcast. If the selected podcast has artwork a thumbnail of the first artwork image is displayed otherwise “No Imag” is displayed.

Next podcast - selects but does not play the next podcast if a podcast is already selected.

|
Goto ITune Music Store - launches iTunes and goes to the iTunes Music Store home page. From the Music Store you can subscribe to podcasts.

iTunes - starts/swiches to iTunes.

|
Sync iPod - syncs iTunes and iPod.

Exit application - on exit volume, current podcast selection, window position, and view settings are saved. They are restored on restart.
